One year, I really, really have to go. It would empty my savings account, I’m sure.

I’m ready for this spring cold to be gone. I didn’t know my head could hold so much liquid …
Love the interplay of movement with music and drawn figures.
Hola!
…. aaaaaand a ‘virga sunset’. Overly dramatic … except for that damned speed limit sign.
Massive virga around this evening. Hey, Mother Nature, cut us a break. Let the rain hit the ground!!
One of my fave star-watching songs … at certain points, one can feel gravity disappear.
You can safely remove “Radar Love” from your playlists for the next decade. I’ve heard it six times today, in a single hour of driving. Thank you for your time and attention.
Middle of the street, a rattlesnake. Pissed off, scared out of its wits. A *spring* rattlesnake … as in early-season-lots-o-venom. Dude in a pickup truck pulls a U-turn, parks on the side, and grabs his windshield scraper (about six inches long) and starts to run across the road to do … exactly what, I don’t know. I slow down, roll down my window and yell “I wouldn’t do that if I were you!” I get the finger. Thanks, buddy. Senior in car behind me proceeds to try to ‘dodge’ the snake, and flattens it. Human disaster inadvertently prevented, tragedy for the snake … end of story.
Lazy. A quick Santa Fe sunset from the driveway.
I’m still peeking in.
Not past frost date yet; even so, Santa Fe inns and hotels start planting early.
Cheetah
My favorite muscle-car from the ‘60’s. Chevy’s answer to the Cobra. This one’s got some wheelwell mods I haven’t seen before. Great.
Long, low sunset. Enjoy the day tomorrow … winds are due again on Sunday.
Someone talking about “bobcat eggs”. I spent my time scratching my head, wondering what bobcat eggs might actually look like …
